Barefoot Plan If you only need your property listed in the Multiple Listing Service, this plan is for you. Shoe Realty will list your property with up to 12 photos (emailed to us) in MLS, for up to 6 months for a Flat Fee of $300. Listings will not be entered into MLS until fee is received. Barefoot Plan participants should be prepared to offer an industry standard co-op fee to the buyer’s agent. Participants will handle all the showings, negotiations and inspections for the property. If you decide to change plans prior to the end of your contract Shoe Realty will credit the amount paid toward your new plan. Flip Flop Plan If you want Multiple Listing Service plus internet exposure then this is your plan. Shoe Realty will list your property with up to 12 photos (emailed to us) in MLS, for up to 6 months. Each listing will be fed to several major listing marketplaces, such as Craigslist, backpage.com, Truila, oodle, and Google. This package also includes a flyer designed and emailed to you in PDF format for printing as well as a personalized listing web page. This is all included in for a Flat Fee of $600. Listings will not be entered in MLS until fee is received. Flip Flop participates should be prepared to offer an industry standard co-op fee to the buyers agent. Participants will handle all the showings, negotiations and inspections for the property. Slip on Plan The basic listing plan - you pay a Flat Fee of $2,100 at closing to Shoe Realty. Slip On participants must be prepared to offer an industry standard co-op fee to the buyer's agent. This plan includes signage; lockbox; transaction management; preparing, presenting and negotiating the offer; market analysis; color flyers; managing phone calls; and property showings. Lace Up Plan The premium listing plan - you pay a Flat Fee of $3,000 at closing to Shoe Realty. Lace Up participants must be prepared to offer an industry standard co-op fee to the buyer's agent. This plan includes signage; lockbox; transaction
management; preparing, presenting and negotiating the offer; market analysis; color flyers; managing phone calls; showing the property; coordination of repairs, inspections and closing; virtual tour; and magazine advertising. Designer Plan The executive listing plan - you pay a Flat Fee of $3,800 at closing to Shoe Realty. Designer Plan participants must be prepared to offer an industry standard co-op fee to the buyer's agent. This plan includes signage;
lockbox; transaction management; preparing,
presenting and negotiating the offer; market analysis; color flyers; managing phone calls; showing the property; coordination of repairs, inspections and closing; virtual tour; magazine advertising; listing notification; personalized listing web page; and internet advertising. **If Shoe Realty finds the buyer for your listing using the Slip On, Lace Up or Designer Plan, 50% of the co-op fee will be credited to the seller. For sellers who prefer the standard method of percentages our Commission rates are based on the final sales price of the home.
