Victoria Gregory’s extensive real estate background allows her to uniquely understand her client’s needs and concerns in today’s fast-paced market. Both professionally and personally, Victoria has gained experience with the ever-changing housing trends throughout the entire State of Florida, even receiving out-of-state buyer referrals requesting to specifically work with her. She advises both buyers and sellers during their sales with new construction, single-family, townhomes, condos, etc. Victoria is also well-versed in property management and rentals, always going above and beyond and getting the most for her customers. In addition to real estate, Victoria is also a long-time business owner, successfully executing team-building and time management. These disciplines ensure all steps in the real estate transaction process move smoothly and stress-free, maximizing her clients' time and minimizing their anxiety. Staging, design selection, and even repairs are only a few of the bonus services clients receive from Victoria. Her network stretches to bankers, lenders, title companies, insurance agents, contractors, and beyond giving her customers the upper hand. Jennifer has lived in the Jacksonville area for more than 20 years and brings a lot of knowledge about the area. Originally from Virginia, she met her future husband while attending Virginia Tech where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. They eventually settled in Clay County where they raised their two sons who are now 18 and 15.

Through the years, Jennifer has been an active participant in various local serving groups. She consistently gives back and is always looking for ways to improve herself and the community.

She left the corporate world in 2014 and joined The Victoria Gregory Group. Over the last 10 years, she has learned a lot about real estate from Victoria and has always shown an interest in becoming an agent. In 2021 her dream came true when she earned her real estate license. Helping people is a passion for Jennifer.

Whether it’s at church, the gym, or cheering at her son’s baseball games, she has a fantastic service attitude.
